The Exhibit Committee requests that all photos submitted be framed and ready to hang with a wire on the back.  Photos with GLASS PROTECTORS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  GVR has strongly suggested that no glass be used because of liability insurance coverage. Please use only Plexiglas or none at all.

Photo frames should be METAL only and may not be smaller than 8x10 or larger than 16x20.  Exceptions to these dimensions can be permitted  by the Committee if requested.

Each member should place their name and phone number on the back of the photo along with a SHORT TITLE  for the photo.  When an exhibit is taken down, your photos will be stored in a retrieval area if they are not being considered for a future exhibit. 


WHERE and HOW DO I PICK UP MY PHOTO?

If the photo will not be further used,  the Manager will send out an email to that exhibitor advising them to retrieve their photos from the studio.

Most photos for pick-up will be hanging in the matting room.  Please pick up your photo(s) as soon as you can as we need the spaces for the next rotation of photos.
